REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS (RFP)

Standby Public Adjusting Services (Contingency-Based)

Lake Wales Housing Authority (“the Entity”) is soliciting proposals from qualified and licensed Public Adjusters to establish a standby (on-call) contract for insurance claim consulting and recovery services.

The intent of this RFP is to pre-qualify a firm that can be activated upon occurrence of a loss event (e.g., hurricane, fire, flood, or other insured incident) to support the Entity in maximizing insurance recovery.

The deadline for the RFP is July 9, 2026 at 4 pm. The RFP should be mailed to Lake Wales Housing Authority, Attn: Al Kirkland, Jr., 10 W Sessoms Avenue, Lake Wales, FL 33853.
